| Comment | Acts as a molecular sponge of miR-299, miR-204-5p, miR-132-3p, miR‐219a‐5p and miR-145 to enhance tumor-induced angiogenesis in human glioblastoma. Up-regulated HDAC3, which reduced the acetylation of H3K9 and epigenetically inhibited expressions of anti-oxidative genes, including Bcl-xL, Prdx2, and Hsp70. Studies suggested that TUG1 can directly bind to a histone methylated transferase PRC2, therefore regulate the expressions of target genes. |
